Refund Policy

1. Nature of the service

DoTheyLikeMe provides digital personalized analysis reports generated from user input. After payment, the system starts generating the report immediately and makes it available online when complete.

2. General refund rule

Because this service is an immediately delivered personalized digital product, refunds are generally not supported once report generation has started or the report has become viewable.

3. Cases eligible for review

You may contact support for review if any of the following occurs. When confirmed, we may re-deliver the service or issue a refund:

1. Duplicate charge.
2. Payment succeeded but the report could not be generated and cannot be reissued.
3. A system or technical issue prevented you from actually receiving the purchased service.

4. Cases usually not eligible

1. The report has already started generating.
2. The report has already been generated and is viewable.
3. You request a refund because the result did not match your expectations or you changed your mind.

5. Additional note

If applicable law, payment-platform rules, card-network rules, or regulatory requirements require otherwise, those rules will prevail.
